Justin'S Healthy Salad

  1. Slice or largely dice cucumber, red and yellow peppers, tomatoes.
  2. Toss with onion, carrots, snow peas, orange sections, sprouts,
  3. This part can be prepared ahead of time.
  4. Just before service, add diced avocados, goat cheese and almonds.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil.
