Yamini'S Spinach And Mustard Leaf
- spinach: 1 bunch chopped fine
- mustard leaf: 1 bunch chopped fine (from Eilat market)
- green chile pepper: four or to taste, chopped
- water (not sure how much)
- Corn Flour: two heaping serving spoon
- olive oil
- onion: half, chopped
- green chile pepper: two, sliced so that seeds will fall out into dish
- pepper
- salt
- Put in pressure cooker - for at least one hour until very soft / mushy: spinach, mustard leaf, green chile pepper, water (not sure how much), Corn Flour
- After 20 minutes add one heaping serving spoon, mix well and add another
- Continue to cook for (not sure how long, 1 hour?)
- In separate pan (wok): olive oil, onion, green chile pepper, pepper, salt
- Brown above
- Put spinach/mustard seed into Wok and mix well
