Yamini'S Spinach And Mustard Leaf

  1. Put in pressure cooker - for at least one hour until very soft / mushy: spinach, mustard leaf, green chile pepper, water (not sure how much), Corn Flour
  2. After 20 minutes add one heaping serving spoon, mix well and add another
  3. Continue to cook for (not sure how long, 1 hour?)
  4. In separate pan (wok): olive oil, onion, green chile pepper, pepper, salt
  5. Brown above
  6. Put spinach/mustard seed into Wok and mix well
  7. Continue to heat (for how long?
