Peanutty Whole-Grain Granola Bars

  1. Preheat the oven to 300u0b0F. Oil a 9x13" cake pan.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the honey and peanut butter. Gradually add the oil and keep mixing. Add the evaporated milk and vanilla and mix until smooth and well-blended.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well. Turn mixture out into oiled pan. Gently press the mixture flat with a wet hand.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the edges are turning golden.
  6. Slice into bars while slightly warm. Store in an air-tight container.
