Spicy Crock Pot Deer Chili
- 2 lbs. Ground Venison
- 1 1/2 10.5 Ounce Beef Broth
- 1 Can Rotel
- 1 Large Onion (Chopped)
- 1 Half Bell Pepper (Chopped)
- 2 Teaspoons Paprika
- 2 Teaspoons Cumin
- 1 Teaspoon Oregano
- 2 Cans Kidney Beans
- 3 Teaspoons Minced Garlic (more if desired)
- 4 Tablespoons Salt
- 1 Can Tomato Sauce
- 4 Shakes Louisiana Hot Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
- 2 Teaspoons Vegetable Oil
- In large pan combine oil, onion, garlic and ground venison. Cook till meat is done.
- In crockpot combine all ingredients and cook on high for 4-5 hours. Simple as that! Warning this is mildly spicy so adjust the louisana hot sauce to your liking and salt to your liking when it's done. Wonderful with bread and also shredded cheddar on top. Hope everyone enjoys!
