- If you find the batter thick add another 1/4 cup of water..
- Batter should be like crepe batter in consistency, not to thin..
- Let the batter rest about 30 min before baking!( this is important) Whisk again before pouring into a well oiled muffin pan, the pan should be heated in the oven until 1 table spoon of cooking oil(NOT OLIVE OIL)is smoking hot.. pour in the batter in the pan.. reduce oven temp to 400 degrees.. cook puddings until gold brown..they should be a deep golden brown to allow batter to fully cook..Enjoy with pan gravy made from the beef drippings.. Delicious!!
- make sure hands are washed and clean assemble mixer , muffin pan....the key to success is making sure the oven is hot and the oil in the muffin pan is screaming hot before you bake them usually about 20 min
