Pasta With Shrimp And Garlic

  1. 1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook 2 minutes less than package directions.
  2. 2. Add shrimp, asparagus, red pepper, and peas. Cook until pasta is tender and the shrimp are cooked. 2 - 4 minutes.
  3. 3. Drain well.
  4. 4. Mix garlic and salt into a paste. Whisk in yogurt, parsley, lemon juice, oil and pepper.
  5. 5. Add the pasta mixture and toss to coat. Sprinkle with pine nuts.
