Pagoa With Sauce

  1. Bone and cut fish in small cubes, put in bowl and cover with salt water. Add lemon juice and marinate for 2 hours in refrigerator.
  2. Put tomatoes, onions, garlic, pimentos and cucumber in bowl. Cover and chill.
  3. When fish is ready, add chilled vegetable mixture. Add chopped pickles and parsley to fish.
  4. Mix in the sauce and 2 tbs of oil. Stir until smooth.
  5. Beat in rest of oil, a little at a time. Chill
