Recipe-Momo

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Cover and leave it for half an hour to impart their unique flavors.
  2. After mixture is ready,take the wrapper (you can get dumpling wrapper in any store) and make it slight moist. Put 1 tablespoon of mixture in the center of wrapper and wrap the mixture in an artistic way.
  3. Heat up a steamer, to avoid from sticking oil the steamer rack well. Arrange the uncooked momo in the steamer and let it cook for 10-15 minutes. After, the momo is ready you can have it with home made chutney or ketchup and pop.
