Creamy White Clam Sauce & Angel Hair Pasta

  1. In large saucepan, saute onion in butter or margarine until tender but not brown.
  2. Add water, milk, wine, reserved liquid from clams, pasta and contents of seasoning packet; bring just to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat, cook uncovered over medium-low heat 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Add drained clams, heat through. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Sauce will thicken as it stands.
  5. Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
