Pasta In A Pot(Very Good And Easy)
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 garlic, minced
- 1 (14 oz.) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
- 1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms (undrained)
- 1 (11 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 8 oz. pkg. shell macaroni, cooked
- 1 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1/2 lb. Provolone cheese, grated
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- Cook beef; add onion and garlic.
- Cook until tender.
- Add spaghetti sauce, tomatoes and mushrooms.
- Cook 5 minutes.
- Next, alternate layers in order:
- 1/2 meat mixture, 1/2 of sour cream and 1/2 of the 2 cheeses.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Then uncover and bake an additional 20 to 30 minutes or until cheese is melted through.
- Serves 15.
