Butter Pepcan Cream Cheese Bars
- Base
- 2 C. Flour
- 2/3 C. Brown Sugar
- 3/4 C. Butter
- 1 C. Chopped Pecans
- Filling
- 8 Oz. Cream Cheese
- 1/3 C. Brown Sugar
- 1/2 t. Vanilla
- 2 T. Flour
- 2 Eggs
- 6 Oz. (1 C.) Butterscotch Chips
- Glaze
- 1 Oz. Unsweetened Chocolate, Melted
- Heat oven to 350. In lg. bowl, blend flour, br sugar, butter until crumbly. Stir in pecans. Press mixture in 13 X 9 pan. Bake 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- In small bowl beat cr cheese, br sugar and vanilla. Blend in flour and eggs. Pour filling in baked crust. Sprinkle Butterscotch chips on top of filling.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until firm to touch.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate.
