Stawberry And Romain Salad

• Romain lettuce - washed and torn
• strawberries - washed and sliced
• fresh button mushrooms - sliced
• sunflower seeds
• feta cheese
• raisins
• dressing:
• olive oil extra virgin
• 1 clove garlic
• 1/8 tsp dried rosemary
• 1/4 tsp salt
• balsalmic vinegar
• 3 strawberries

1. in a salad dressing cruet add water to line, vinegar to line and oil to line. Puree strawberries, salt and garlic and dried rosemary. Chill.
2. Tear romaine lettuce and form a bed in bottom of salad bowl. Sprinkle raisins in circle near outside of bowel, then repeat with sliced strawberries just inside the circle of raisins, then repeat with sliced button mushrooms inside the circle of straweberries and fill the circle with feta cheese. Sprinkle sunflower seeds over the entire salad. Salad dressing is added per individual taste
