Creamy Garlic Prawns

  1. Combine first seven ingredients and set aside, preferably the day before needed.
  2. Mix garlic and cornflour with 1/2 the oil.
  3. Heat the remaining oil, toss in the prawns and garlic cornflour mixture and cook until prawns are 3/4 cooked.
  4. Add cream mixture and cook for 2 minutes or until thick.
  5. Serve with some good crusty bread.
