Turkey Soup

  1. Place turkey pieces in large soup kettle with broth. Simmer for 1 hour.
  2. Remove turkey bones and trim meat from bones and reserve.
  3. Add onions, bay leaf, salt, pepper, parsley, thyme and garlic. Bring to a boil and simmer 1 hour more.
  4. Add rest of ingredients except turkey meat. Simmer 35-45 minutes more. Add turkey meat and heat through.
