Romantic Fettucine Alfredo
- 2 pks fresh fettuccine noodles
- 1 stalk broccoli(cut up)
- 1 large tomato (diced)
- 2 jars favorite alfredo sauce
- 1 box garlic toast
- 1 bg shredded mozzerella cheese
- 1 bottle fav wine (chilled) optional
- In large pan bring water to boil.
- "meanwhile put garlic bread on baking sheet and bake according to box directions" when done remove from oven add mozzerella cheese and put back into oven about 2-3 min,or until cheese is melted.
- Add fettucini noodles,to water when water gets to boil, noodles get done quick so keep a close eye.
- Add broccoli as soon as noodles are done but still boiling, Boil an extra 1 1/2 -2 min.
- Remove pan from heat and drain.
- Put back into pan and stir in alfredo sauce. warm back up just a little.
- serve onto plates, top with fresh diced tomato and mozzerella cheese.
- Serve with the garlic bread and a nice glass of chilled wine.
