Chicken Wiggle(Serves 8 With Second Helping)

  1. Cook hen in salted water until tender.
  2. Remove meat from bones.
  3. There should be at least 1 quart of stock.
  4. Fry onions, celery and pepper in fat from hen.
  5. When tender, add mushrooms, eggs,
  6. pimento, chicken, some almonds and some stock.
  7. Cook noodles according to directions on package.
  8. Arrange in a large casserole dish a layer of noodles and layer of chicken mixture. Repeat layers until filled and pour stock over all.
  9. Garnish with eggs, olives and almonds.
  10. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Worcestershire sauce.
  11. Cover and cook for 30 minutes at 350u0b0.
