Spaghetti Bake
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 (28 oz.) can tomato catsup
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. basil
- 8 oz. spaghetti, broken, cooked and drained
- 2 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- In Dutch oven, cook ground beef, onion and garlic until beef is browned and onion tender.
- Drain off fat.
- Stir in next 7 ingredients.
- Bring to boil.
- Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Stir occasionally.
- Remove meat sauce from heat and stir in drained spaghetti.tlace half in a 9 x 13 pan.
- Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
- Top with rest of spaghetti mix.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in 350u0b0 oven for 30 to 45 minutes or until heated.
