Pumpkin Bread With Pumpkin Glaze

  1. Sift together all dry ingredients. Mix oil and pumpkin together, then into dry ingredients, stirring well. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Pour into 2 greased and floured regular size loaf pans.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees 50-60 minutes, until tester comes out clean.
  3. Cool 5 minutes, remove from pans.
  4. Place on wire rack to cool and spread on glaze.
