Cinnamon Salmon Salad - Only 380 Calories!
- 1 6 oz can Prime Fillet Bumble Bee Atlantic Salmon
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- handful chopped parsley
- 2 chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup beans of choice (black, kidney, etc.)
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup nonfat yogurt
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 lemon
- cinnamon
- tobasco
- 4 tsp parmesan cheese
- Open and drain can of salmon, place in bowl, immediately sqeeze in lemon juice, season with pepper, and mix. Add chopped garlic, onion, carrots, celery, parsley, green onion, beans, dijon mustard, parmesan cheese, nonfat yogurt, salt, pepper, tobasco. Mix well, adjust seasoning, eat, serve, replenish, enjoy.
