Italian Chicken Pasta
- 3 chicken breast
- pasta(rotini) i use the whole box)
- red wine 1 1/2 cups
- romano cheese
- tyme/rosemary
- onion 1/2
- tomatoes 2) 14.5 oz cans
- spinach 2) 14.5 oz cans
- salt pepper
- my family is big so i use 3 chicken breast..i boil the chicken,when chicken is finished,save the broth.take chicken out and set aside to cool..
- now add your pasta and,1/2 onion,2 cans spinach with liquid, 2 cans tomatoes with liquid,cook pasta 10 or so minutes..don't strain))take cooled chicken off the bone,add it to the pasta..
- now add 1 1/2 cups wine.more if you think you need it..
- pinch of tyme/rosemary
- salt and, pepper to your liking.cook on mid low for 30 minutes..sometimes i turn it on low after the 30 minutes.and let it sit for another 30 minutes..
- serve with salad,and garlic bread..top your dish with romano cheese..i use fresh romano..yummy!!!
