Flank Steak W White Bean Salad

  1. prepare grill til hot
  2. season flank steak with 2tbl olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. i mix chipotle pepper powder with butcher pepper for a hot taste
  3. grill flank 3-4 min per side til rare
  4. let stand 15 min
  5. meantime combine beans, cucumber, tomato and onion in serving bowl
  6. whisk together 1/4 c olive oil, balsamic vinegar, sugar, and salt and pepper to taste; pour over beans and blend gently
  7. to serve: put bean salad on plate. slice flank thinly across grain, and fan slices on plates over beans
