Walnut Spice Cookies (Gluten Free)

  1. Mix together the flours, baking powder, baking soda, xanthan gum and spices in a bowl; set aside. Combine the sugar, oil, milk and vanilla in a medium bowl. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet and blend together. Add the walnuts and blend until just incorporated. Place by the rounded tablespoon on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for 18-20 mins.
