Quick And Healthy Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 lb very lean ground beef
- 4-6 tomatoes cut up into cubes
- baby carrots cut into thirds
- half an English cucumber cut into cubes
- frozen peas
- frozen yellow or green beans
- 2 celery stalks
- onion
- fresh or canned mushrooms
- 1 can spaghetti sauce
- preferred spices to taste: italian seasoning, paprika, chili peppers, onion powder, garlic (either powdered or in jar)
- sugar (1 tbsp)
- Buffalo wing sauce - appx 1 tbsp or to taste
- Brown ground beef with onions and carrots and celery in large pan then rinse with water in colander. Return to pan and add vegetables and spagetti sauce and spices, sugar and wing sauce. Turn down low and simmer while pasta is cooking.
