Quick And Healthy Spaghetti Sauce

  1. Brown ground beef with onions and carrots and celery in large pan then rinse with water in colander. Return to pan and add vegetables and spagetti sauce and spices, sugar and wing sauce. Turn down low and simmer while pasta is cooking.
