Wild Rice And Chicken Casserole

  1. Cook wild rice according to directions.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Marinate boneless chicken breasts in milk, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Saute onions, mushrooms and celery in butter until onions are transparent.
  5. Stir into wild rice along with cream of mushroom soup and sour cream.
  6. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch dish at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove and top with marinated chicken.
  8. Cook until chicken is done.
