Cinnamon Rolls
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. lard (Crisco)
- 2 tsp. salt
- 6-8 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 pkg. yeast
- Stir eggs, vanilla, sugars, milk, water, and lard.
- Add 6-8 c. all-purpose flour.
- Dissolve yeast pkg. in 1/2 c. warm water and 1 Tbsp. sugar.
- Add yeast mixture to flour mixture.
- Knead together and let rise.
- After risen, roll out
- and spread butter, cinnamon, and sugar (brown or white). Roll up and slice desired amount of cinnamon rolls.
- Let rolls rise again.
- Put 1 stick of melted butter and 1 c. sugar into a baking pan.
- Place rolls into pan. Cook for 25-30 minutes at 350u0b0.
- Cover with glaze.
- Dough will stay good in refrigerator up to 5 days.
