Scrambled Eggs Pie

  1. Mix cereal and margarine; reserve 1/4 cup.
  2. Spread remaining cereal mixture in ungreased pie plate or quiche dish (9 x 1 1/4-inch).
  3. Heat 1/4 cup margarine in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until melted.
  4. Beat eggs, milk, chives, seasoned salt and pepper with hand beater.
  5. Pour egg mixture into skillet; add bacon. Cook over low heat, stirring gently, just until eggs are almost set.
  6. Quickly spoon into pie plate.
  7. Arrange cheese, overlapping slightly, around edge of plate.
  8. Sprinkle with reserved cereal mixture.
  9. Heat, uncovered, in 375u0b0 oven until cheese is melted and eggs are firm, 10 to 15 minutes.
  10. Makes 6 servings.
  11. Contains 320 calories per serving.
