Uncle Joe'S Famous Chili

• 2 chopped onions
• 2 cloves cut up garlic
• 1 hot jalapeno pepper
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 can tomato puree
• 2 lb. ground chuck
• 3 Tbsp. vinegar
• 4 Tbsp. chili powder
• 1 lb. hot dogs, cut in slices
• 2 cans mild jalapenos, cut up
• 1 can kidney beans
• 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, chunked
• hot sauce as desired
• 1 cut up onion

1. Saute chopped
2. onions in oil.
3. Add garlic, hot jalapeno pepper, salt and pepper and tomato puree.
4. Cook one hour.
5. Add ground chuck,
6. vinegar
7. and chili powder;
8. cook one hour.
9. Add hot dogs, mild jalapenos and kidney beans; cook one hour.
10. Add Velveeta and hot
11. sauce;
12. cook
13. 1/2 hour.
14. Add cut up onion on top.
15. Simmer and serve hot hot!!!
