Meaty Chili With Beans

  1. Brown meat in skillet, add onion and cook till translucent,Drain and set to side. Add chunky Tomato sauce and diced Mexican tomato and green chili's in big pot,stir in spices and cocoa and garlic, let simmer for 10 minutes, now add in beans and celery, stir and reduce heat to low simmer add meat and onion mix, cover and simmer 2 or 3 hrs stirring occasionally, till beans are tender and celery is translucent.
  2. serve in big bowl with grated chedder on top with a dollop of sour cream and chopped green onions sprinkled on top
