Baked Lasagna

  1. Saute meat, breaking into small parts as it browns.
  2. Remove casing from sausage as it browns.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Add tomato paste, juice, salt and oregano to meat and simmer 1 hour.
  5. Cook noodles in salted, boiling water until tender.
  6. Prepare a filling by mixing cheese, eggs, oregano, salt and pepper.
  7. Put a layer of sauce in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  8. Then alternate with a layer of meat sauce, cheese and noodles. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 375u0b0 for 40 minutes.
  9. Let set 15 minutes before serving.
