Pudding Pie
- 1 package Gram Cracker Pie Crust
- 1 pint Heavy Whipping Cream
- 3.4 package Instant Pudding - Chocolate (or flavor of choice)
- 1/3 cup Coarsely Chopped Pecans (or nut of choice)
- 4 tablespoons Caramel Ice Cream Topper
- 4 tablespoons Fudge Ice Cream Topper
- 1/4 cup Mini M & M's (optional) Sometimes I grate a Milk Chocolate Bar
- Fill medium sauce pan with 3 inches of water and bring to a hard boil. Turn off pan and place opened jars of caramel and fudge topping in hot water to warm contents of jar, about 10 min. Stir to ensure contents are uniformly warmed.
- Place whipping cream in a bowl and whip till you have soft peaks.
- Add Instant pudding and stir untill thouraly incorporated and putting has set. You will have to change from the mixer to a rubber spatula during this step.
- Add 1/2 of the pudding mix to the gram cracker pie crust. Smooth evenly to cover bottom of crust.
- Drizzle caramel and fudge topping over partialy filled crust.
- Spread nuts over caramel and fudge.
- Add remaining pudding mix to the top of the pie.
- Sprinkle M & M's (or other topping if desired) on the top of the pie .
- Place pie in freezer for 3 1/2 hours till frozen.
- Cut and let slices stand about 10 min before serving.
