Chicken Sisig Tacos
- Ingredients:
- 2 cups chicken breast fillet (chopped in cubes)
- 3-4 tortillas (soft tacos)
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp red chili peppers
- 1 onion (diced)
- 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 2 tsp tabasco sauce
- 1/2 cups green onions (chopped)
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp black ground pepper
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1) Place salt and pepper to the chicken. Add canola oil to the frying pan.
- 2) Cook chicken on a frying pan (medium heat) for about 10 mins or till it reaches a temperature of 140 F or over.
- 3) Place in onion and garlic with the chicken. Saute them for a bit before mixing with the chicken.
- 4) Turn off the stove. Add mayonnaise, tabasco sauce, chili peppers, and lime juice with the mix.
- 5) Put chicken sisig mix on the tortillas.
- 6) Garnish with green onions or cilantro.
