Chicken Sisig Tacos

  1. 1) Place salt and pepper to the chicken. Add canola oil to the frying pan.
  2. 2) Cook chicken on a frying pan (medium heat) for about 10 mins or till it reaches a temperature of 140 F or over.
  3. 3) Place in onion and garlic with the chicken. Saute them for a bit before mixing with the chicken.
  4. 4) Turn off the stove. Add mayonnaise, tabasco sauce, chili peppers, and lime juice with the mix.
  5. 5) Put chicken sisig mix on the tortillas.
  6. 6) Garnish with green onions or cilantro.
