Tuscany 3 Cheese & Meat Gourmet Pizzas For 2 Ready In Minutes

  1. Take a cookie sheet and place it in the oven and preheat to 475 degrees. Next, take half a Red Onion, half a Red Bell Pepper, and as much Pepperoni as you like (you can substitute the pepperoni with precooked chicken, turkey or Italian sausage) and cut into bite size pieces and place to the side.
  2. Next, take a medium size bowl and place a large handful of fresh Baby Spinach in it as well as 1 cup of fresh cut Basil. Next drizzle about a 1/3 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil all over and then season greens with 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt, 1/2 Teaspoon of fresh ground Black Pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes (optional) and toss generously. Now your ready to assemble your Pizzas!
  3. Remove your cookie sheet from the oven and quickly place two pieces of your precooked flat bread on it. Next drizzle about 1 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil on the bread and spread it all over making sure you lightly cover all areas including the edges of the bread (add a little more olive oil as needed). Cover each piece of bread with 1/2 a cup of fresh grated Mozzarella Cheese and 1/4 cup of fresh grated Parmesan Cheese. Now place your red onion, red bell pepper, and your pepperoni on the bread. Next evenly place half of your spinach mix on each pizza. Finally, evenly cover each pizza with 1/4 cup of fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese and 1/2 a cup of Sun Dried Tomato and Basil Flavored Feta Cheese.
  4. Place Pizzas in the oven and cook for 5 minutes or until Mozzarella Cheese melts. Remove promptly from oven and cut into 4 pieces and serve immediately.
