Jennie'S Sloppy Joe Base

  1. pepper and onion. caremilze onion.
  2. set aside
  3. put in meat, drain fat.
  4. put veggies back in
  5. simmer 20 mins with lid on and taste, and adjust
  6. take lid off and simmer for about an hour
  7. meat on bun, a little cheese chedder grated, slaw on top.
  8. toast the bun.
  9. end up eating with a knife and fork any way.
  10. some folks say half turkey half meat
  11. for each pound of meat need one bottle of chile sauce, the proportions above are fro two pounds.

bottles, honey, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce, salt pepper, tabasco, red pepper, onion, cider vinegar
