Banana Bread

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 355 degrees F
  2. Mash the bananas with a fork and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and flaxseed.
  4. In a separate bowl combine the eggs, tehina, honey, and the brown sugar. Mix until all of the ingredients are evenly combined.
  5. Add the mashed bananas and the coconut milk to the tehina mixture.
  6. Add the tehina mixture to the bowl with the flour and stir until the mixture is evenly combined. Be sure not to over mix.
  7. Stir in the walnuts of chocolate chips.
  8. Pour the mixture into a greased Bundt cake pan and bake in the oven between 35-40 minutes.
