Shah Welsh Rarebit

  1. Bring beer/whiskey (bourbon), worcheshire sauce and pepper to a simmer in a saucepan at medium heat. Simmer for 5 minutes. Meanwhile shred the cheese and mix with the flour, garlic powder, salt and cumin.
  2. Lower the heat to low. Add the cheese mix in small batches to the beer sauce, mixing each until melted.
  3. After all the cheese is melted, add the egg yolk and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Serve
