Cheese Wafers (Snacks)

  1. Process cheese and butter in a food processor until blended.
  2. Add flour, salt and paprika; process until mixture forms a ball, stopping often to scrape down the sides.
  3. Add cereal and almonds; process until blended.
  4. Stop twice to scrape the sides.
  5. Shape dough into 1 inch balls.
  6. Place balls about 2 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet.
  7. Flatten each ball in a crisscross pattern with a fork dipped in flour.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 12 -14 minutes or until lightly browned.
  9. Remove to wire racks to cool.
  10. Store in an airtight container.
