Blueberry Coffee Cake

  1. lightly grease & flour bundt pan.
  2. Preheat oven 350 degrees
  3. 1. Sift first 4 ingredients together - set aside.
  4. 2. Brown sugar, t TBSP flour & cinnamon in med bowl mix well.
  5. 3. Place butter in large bowl & cream, add sugar and vanilla, beat until light & fluffy. Add one egg at a time, add flour/baking powder mixture (in 5 additions); alternately with the sour cream (in 2 additions)
  6. 4. Gently dust blueberries w/1TBSP flour
  7. 5. Turn in 1/3 batter into pan
  8. 6. Sprinkle 1/2 of blueberries, repeat layering remaining batter & blueberries.
  9. 7. Place in center of oven, bake 60 minutes o until tester comes out clean.
  10. 8. Cool in pan 20 minutes, gently remove & drizzle with confectionary sugar mixture.
