Rum Cake

  1. Pre-Heat Oven to 325.
  2. Grease Heavily and flour a bundt pan (you can also use Pam or butter flavored cooking spray). Sprinkle nuts on the bottom of the pan. Mix all ingredients and pour into pan over nuts. Bake for 50-60 min.
  3. While baking get the glaze ready. Glaze should be ready when cake is done. Put all glaze ingredients in a small pan and heat until boiling. Boil for two minutes while continuously stirring. do not boil more than two minutes. Pour glaze immediately on top of cake.
  4. Cake should have been removed from oven and flipped out of bundt pan.
