Broccoli Rice Casserole

  1. In 10-inch skillet, saute chopped onions and broccoli in butter or margarine until onions are tender.
  2. Cook rice according to package directions in 2-quart saucepan.
  3. Add chicken soup and cheese spread to onions and broccoli.
  4. Stir all this into cooked rice.
  5. Grease 2-quart casserole dish with 1 teaspoon butter or margarine.
  6. Pour mixture into this.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes or until it is bubbly.
  8. Serves 6.
