Alaska King Crab With Capers And Sun Dried Tomatos

  1. Fresh crab can be used if available; if not frozen crab is also excellent. Combine all ingredients except mayonaise. Blend by hand until well mixed so as not to bruise the crab. Add only enough mayonaise to cause the mix to spread easily. Layer spinach and crab x2 onto crackers and/or speciality breads. Sprinkle with paprika and sliced olive. Top with fancy, twisler toothpick.
