Sugar Cane Ribs With Potatos

  1. Apply salt and pepper to ribs freely.
  2. In a large container mix surup,mustard,ketchup,whorstershire sauce, and hot sauce.
  3. marinate ribs in mixture for 3 to 4 hours.
  4. Then place on cool side of gril for 2 hours. Then place ribs over main heat for 30 minutes.
  5. Cut potatos into quarter inch slices. then place into pan. Melt butter with garlic and poor over potatos. Place pan on gril for 30 to 45 minutes.
