Sugar Cane Ribs With Potatos
- one rack pork spare ribs
- two cups Steens cane surup
- quarter cup of mustard
- one cup ketchup
- quarter cup wherstershire sause
- two talble spoons loiusiana hot sauce
- salt & pepper to taste
- one pound potatos
- two table spoons minced garlic
- half stick real butter
- salt and pepper
- Apply salt and pepper to ribs freely.
- In a large container mix surup,mustard,ketchup,whorstershire sauce, and hot sauce.
- marinate ribs in mixture for 3 to 4 hours.
- Then place on cool side of gril for 2 hours. Then place ribs over main heat for 30 minutes.
- Cut potatos into quarter inch slices. then place into pan. Melt butter with garlic and poor over potatos. Place pan on gril for 30 to 45 minutes.
