Garlic Glazed Chiken & Black Pepper Chicken Rice
- 4 bone less skin less chicken breasts
- garlic jelly
- chicken flavor in powder or cube doesn't matter dark or golden brow sugar they are both great one red onion one stock celery small to medium your choice white rice (minute rice is good as well) one jalapeno one head cilantro
- and one package of black pepper chicken sauce from lee kum kee
- in small sauce pan bring 2 cups chicken broth to boil, then add garlic jelly and stir till blended well , then add minced cilantro and finely minced red onion stir well and then you want to add brown sugar slowly to taste and till thickens up a little you then want to also add the jalapeno with out the seeds make sure its finely minced as well then turn down heat to simmer for 10 minutes on an electric stove or 5 minutes on gas stove when done set a side for later then you want to start rice u want to use the black pepper chicken sauce in the water or chicken broth your choice then add celery chopped how ever big or small you would like for the rice cook rice when rice is done then its time to grill the chicken you want to get the grill to about 200 or 300 degrees before you add the chicken then turn side of grill that the chicken is on down to low and baste chicken with glaze for 4 minutes then turn and repeat when 4 minutes is up on both sides chicken should be done all the way through and still very juicy but double check then you are done time to eat you can even add a side veggie if you like (corn green beans)
