Dianne ParkerS Coffee Cake
- 1 Box Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 Box Jell-O Vanilla Pudding Mix(sm box 3.4 oz)
- 4 Eggs
- 3/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 3/4 Water
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 1 Tsp Imitation Butter Flavoring
- Topping
- 1/2 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup White Sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon (or more)
- 1/2 Well Chopped Pecan Pieces
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flower 2 - 4"x 8" loaf pans or one cake pan
- Combine all ingredients and beat for 8 minutes
- Mix the topping mix
- Put a layer of topping on the bottom of the pan, than add half of the batter.
- Add another layer of the topping, and pour the rest of the batter on top.
- Top with the remainder of the topping.
- Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees
- Let cake cool for a few minutes then turn out onto foil-Wrap foil tightly. Will make the cake moister
