Broccoli Chicken
- t/2 lb. chicken breasts, sliced finely
- t garlic clove chopped
- t inch cube ginger chopped
- t red pepper, chopped
- t onion chopped
- t small head broccoli chopped
- t carrot sliced
- t tbsp soy sauce
- t/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- t/2 tsp sesame oil
- t/2 tsp cornstarch mixed with a little water
- 1.tix together the ginger, garlic and soy sauce. Add the chicken and marinade for 1 hour.
- 2.teat the wok and add a little oil. Add the chicken and stir fry over a low heat for 5 minutes.
- 3.tdd the remaining vegetables and stir fry for a further 5 minutes.
- 4.tdd the remaining sauce ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes. If necessary, add a little of the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce.
