Broccoli Chicken

  1. 1.tix together the ginger, garlic and soy sauce. Add the chicken and marinade for 1 hour.
  2. 2.teat the wok and add a little oil. Add the chicken and stir fry over a low heat for 5 minutes.
  3. 3.tdd the remaining vegetables and stir fry for a further 5 minutes.
  4. 4.tdd the remaining sauce ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes. If necessary, add a little of the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce.
