Garden Fresh Couscous Salad

  1. In a medium saucepan mix 2 cups water and bouillon granules, bring to boiling. Add couscous. Remove from heat, cover and let stand for 5 minutes or till liquid is absorbed. Transfer to a 2 1/2 quart covered container.
  2. Add carrot, green pepper, zucchini, yellow summer squash, and cherry tomatoes, mix well. Add salad dressing toss to coat. Cover and chill for 6 to 24 hours
