Beef Something

  1. so, if you havent, cut the beef into cubes. then set aside.
  2. melt the butter in a saute pan and add the garlic, some salt and some pepper. wait until you can smell the garlic and then add the flour. stir with a spoon until everything is combined and browning and then throw the meat in. brown the meat and add stock until its about half way up the meat. stir and bring to a simmer. add all the spices, stir again, put a lid on it and let it go for like 20 minutes, checking it every now and then. when the meat is tender, its done.
  3. cook the noodles, season sauce to taste, and serve.

beef roast, butter, flour, some kind, thyme, sage, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, loads of garlic, egg noodles
