Chicken Crescent Squares

  1. Blend together cream cheese and 2 tablespoons melted margarine. Add chicken, pepper, milk, onion, optional pimento and a sprinkle of tarragon.
  2. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Separate crescent rolls into 4 rectangles, sealing perforations.
  4. Place about 1/2 cup chicken mixture on each rectangle.
  5. Pull four corners of dough to center and seal.
  6. Brush tops with remaining margarine and dip into bread crumbs.
  7. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
  8. Serves 2.
