Doubletree Post Oak Christmas Cookie

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and vanilla. Beat at low speed until mixed. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Slowly fold flour into the butter mixture. Add lemon juice concentrate; blend well. Fold in white chocolate, cranberries and nuts.
