Spaghetti Pie
- 1(7oz.)pkg spagetti
- 2 tbs. butter
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1(15 1/2oz) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mazzarella cheese
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain.
- Add butter, parmesan cheese and eggs to hot spagetti.
- form mixture into a "crust" in a 10-inch pie plate.
- Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti "crust".
- Brown ground beef with onion and green pepper. Drain all fat.
- Stir in spaghetti sauce.
- Layer this mixture over cottage cheese on "crust".
- sprinkle mozzarells cheese on top.
- bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for 5 minutes.
