Simple Stir Fry
- Chicken/Shrimp
- Mushrooms
- Water chestnuts
- Baby corn
- Broccoli
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 8 dashes Ginger Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Dry Chili Flakes
- 1 tbsp Corn Starch dissolved in a 1/2 cup water
- 3 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Powdered Ginger
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1. Put heat on high and add the vegetable oil and sesame oil.
- 2. Add cut pieces of uncooked chicken and stir around until cooked.
- 3. After chicken is cooked add water chestnuts and baby corn.
- 4. Add ginger soy sauce, oyster sauce, powdered ginger, garlic ginger, dry chili flakes and at the end the corn starch mixed with water.
- 5. Stir it up and let cook.
- 6. Add broccoli at the end so it doesn't over cook.
- 7. Cover with lid and let steam for a few minutes.
